Global Product Warranty
All Gearlab Outdoor Paddles (“Paddles”) purchased directly from Gearlab Outdoors (“Gearlab”) or from one of our authorized dealers are warranted to be free from manufacturing, material or workmanship defects for one year from the date of purchase. Within the warranty period, Gearlab will either repair, replace, or refund any products deemed to be defective at Gearlab’s discretion.

Warranty Process
Please contact Gearlab Outdoors at sales@gearlaboutdoors.com with description of the issue, photograph(s), serial number of the paddle, and proof of purchase to initiate the warranty process. If Gearlab deems the product to be defective, Gearlab will issue a Return Authorization Number to the customer with instructions of how to proceed. If the product is no longer available or unrepairable, Gearlab will provide a reasonable refund or similar replacement.
